What uses a credit is pulling the comments from a post. Once that is done, drawing as many winners as you like from the same list is unlimited: first place, runner-up, backup, all without spending another credit. A pack covers as many of those loads as it says on the tin.
Do pack draws expire?
They stay valid for a year from purchase, which is plenty of room for anyone running the occasional promotion. And because there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel: you buy a pack, use it when you need it, and only pay again if you want more.
Do you offer refunds?
