Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Seven days from purchase, any pack, full amount back. You do not have to justify the request or fill in a form, and we would rather return the money than keep it from someone the tool did not help.

Why we keep it simple

The free tier exists precisely so you can find out whether this works for you before paying anything. It handles 300 comments per post with every filter unlocked. By the time someone buys a pack they have usually already run a draw, which means refund requests are rare and almost always mean something genuinely went wrong.

Asking for one

Send a message to [email protected] from the email address you paid with, or tell us which address it was. That is the only detail we need, since a purchase is unlocked against that address rather than an account.

A sentence about what went wrong is welcome but not required. It is useful to us: most product fixes here started as a refund email.

What happens next

We reply within two business days. Once approved, the refund goes back through the original payment method, and how quickly it appears depends on your bank, typically five to ten business days. Any unused draws on the account are removed at the same time, which is the only thing you lose.

After seven days

Past the window we cannot process a refund as a matter of course, but write anyway if the tool failed on you. A load that broke, draws that were charged and never granted, or a fault on our side gets sorted out regardless of the date. The seven days is a policy for changing your mind, not a shield against our own bugs.

Where a refund does not apply

There is nothing to cancel

Packs are one-off purchases. Nothing renews, no card is charged again, and there is no subscription running in the background. Draws stay valid for a year from purchase, so an unused pack simply waits for your next promotion. Details are on the Pricing page.

Before opening a chargeback

Please email us first. A chargeback takes weeks, costs us a penalty on top of the refunded amount, and usually results in the address being blocked automatically. We will almost certainly say yes to a direct request, and it is faster for both of us.
