Terms of Service

This page sets out the agreement between you and SorteioInsta, the service at sorteioinsta.com. Using the site means you accept what is written here. If something below does not work for you, the answer is simply not to use it.

1. What the service does

SorteioInsta reads the publicly visible comments on an Instagram post, Reel or carousel that you point it at, applies whatever entry filters you choose, and selects one of the remaining comments at random. It runs in your browser. It does not connect to your Instagram account, and it never asks for your password.

It is a tool for choosing a winner. It does not run your promotion for you, does not contact winners on your behalf, and takes no part in whether your giveaway complies with the law where you live.

2. Who may use it

You need to be 18 or older, or the age of majority wherever you are, and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are using SorteioInsta for a company, you are confirming you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. The free tier and the packs

The free tier loads up to 300 comments per post and allows two loads per day. It does not expire, and nothing in it is time-limited or trial-based.

Beyond that, giveaway packs are sold as one-off purchases. A pack grants a set number of comment loads, they stack if you buy more than one, and they stay valid for one year from purchase. There is no subscription, nothing renews automatically, and there is nothing to cancel. Current packs and prices are on the Pricing page.

4. Paying

• Payment is handled by an external processor. Card details go to them, never to us, and we neither see nor store them.
• Prices are shown in USD. What lands on your statement depends on your bank's exchange rate and any fees it adds.
• A pack is unlocked against the email address used at checkout. Enter that same address on the site to activate it. There is no password and no account to create.
• Because access is tied to that email, keep it accurate at checkout. We cannot move a purchase to a different address without evidence it was yours.

5. What you may not do

Do not use SorteioInsta to:

• Break Instagram's terms, or any law that applies to promotions where you operate.
• Run automated requests at a volume intended to overload or degrade the service.
• Copy, resell, white-label or rebrand the tool as your own.
• Work around the free-tier limits, or share paid access with people who did not buy it.
• Present a result as random when you did not actually use the tool to produce it.

6. Instagram is not involved

SorteioInsta is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or administered by Instagram or Meta, and it reads only what is already public on a post. Instagram may change how its site works at any time, which can affect what this tool is able to do. That is outside our control.

Your own promotion is your responsibility. Prize draws carry legal requirements in many countries, and meeting them is on you, not on us.

7. Ownership

The site, its code, its design and its text belong to us. Using the service does not transfer any of that to you. The comments you load belong to whoever wrote them; we claim nothing over them and, as set out in the Privacy Policy, do not retain them.

8. No warranty

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that every load will succeed, or that Instagram will keep returning comments the way it does today. We have tried to make the draw genuinely random and the filters accurate, but we give no guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, lost followers, or disputes with entrants about a result. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Ending access

You can stop using the service whenever you like. We may suspend access if these terms are being broken, in particular section 5. If we suspend paid access without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your pack.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it. Substantive changes will be noted on this page rather than made quietly.
